PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If the product you purchased does not fit or you do not like it, we offer you the option to exchange it for another size or another product of the same or higher price.

Conditions for Exchange

1. Contact Within 24 Hours:

   • You must contact us on the same day you receive your order. If you contact us later than 24 hours after receiving the order, the exchange will not be accepted, and it will be considered that you wish to keep the product.

2. How to Contact Us:

   • To initiate the exchange process, you need to contact us on our Instagram @ambarmk or Facebook profile AMBAR.MK. We will then send you the steps and instructions on how to complete the exchange.

3. Condition of the Product:

   • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the declaration, barcode, and it must be unworn.

4. Keeping the Invoice:

   • To process an exchange, you must keep the invoice of the product you wish to return (the document that you receive inside the package with the product you previously ordered).

5. Shipping Costs:

   • The client is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product.

Processing Time for Exchanges

1. • After we receive the product for exchange, please allow up to 15 business days for the exchange to be processed. If there is a public holiday in the country, processing may take up to 21 business days.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Delivery Time

The delivery time is between 3 - 7 business days. During seasonal sales and discounts, as well as holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.

Parcel Collection

The courier delivers the parcel to the specified address between 09:00 and 16:00. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
If the courier is unable to reach you at the contact number provided, the parcel will be returned to us. 

Delivery Charges
The delivery charge to your address at the theritory of Kosovo is 3,5 euros.
